Marcel Bullinga, Internet Trendwatcher, said: "If standardisation is really going to take off in the next years, more websites will end up going underground. There will be no need for (E-gov)customers to see these sites or even know they exist, since they deliver their services in the background. This would leave only a few really important "decision sites" that require customer's attention in order to initiate or end a required service."
